EXPERIENCING THE SPIRIT

                                     THE DIVINE IN YOU 

The divine nature in you cannot be hidden. It must and it will express itself. A Christian is nothing less than a supernatural being who has had a supernatural experience—and that experience is something more than singing choruses, making a decision, becoming a member of a church, or enjoying Christian gatherings. It is Christ at the center of your life. How does that become real? It becomes reality when you finally grasp that what we call a “presence” is actually a life. Paul said, “For to me, to live is Christ” (Philippians 1:21); he didn't say, “For me to live is to be like Christ” or “to imitate Christ.” You cannot imitate Christ, but you can allow the Holy Spirit to reveal Christ in you so He's a part of you. Listen again to Paul's words. “It pleased God…to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles…And they glorified God in me” (Galatians 1:15—16, 24). Paul knew experientially the presence of the Lord in His life. That can be true of your life as well.
