EXPERIENCING THE SPIRIT

                          NOT A JOB, BUT A RELATIONSHIP 

It's interesting to many that I have served in churches as a minister to youth, minister of music, minister of education, and senior pastor, and I have also served as the president of a Bible college, a missionary, a conference speaker, and an author. So what is my spiritual gift? The Holy Spirit. He has enabled me to serve the Lord in many different places, while giving me many different abilities along the way What an adventure life becomes when the Holy Spirit is free to use your life according to the Lord's good pleasure and not your limited abilities. 

Many times I look around in amazement at what God is doing through my life. And in those times I remember how important it is to keep my relationship with the Lord a priority. If He can take a shy boy from a small town in Canada and thrust him into places of influence among world leaders, He can use anybody. It's not about what you bring to God but what He brings to you. And since He gave you the gift of Pentecost, every day is an adventure of divine magnitude.
